Nicely decorated hotel and tidy, wonderful breakfasts, beautiful location to various transportation options. Big beds, a walk in closet and a couch in the room. Tiled bathroom, very attentive and knowledgeable staff who met our every request. In the middle of the city, very convenient. Based close enough to an old palace, close to Frari, shops bars, Ca' Rezzonico, the bus station on the other hand, and picturesque canal in a great part of the city.

Absolutely perfect location, within a walking distance of everywhere. Good food in the restaurants such as Ristorante da Nino, located 5 min away. Large beds and a walk in closet, coffee, and a couch. An incredibly beautiful view of city.

Very well decorated room, everything was very good! Lovely building and rooms with 2 twin beds. Good food including a more than adequate breakfast with pastries and eggs. The location perfect near the transportations. And just off the major tourist attractions and the train station and the vaporetto stops.

Truly enjoyed spending my time in this fairly clean small hotel. The staff was fantastic friendly and extremely friendly when needed. The room was nice styled & nicely furnished, with view to the green backyard. With a walk in closet and a couch. Minute walk from a tram station, the location was marvellous and magnificent, away from the main tourist area. Also, the venue was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a wide canal.
